Refund and Returns Policy

What is your return policy?

We work with a print-on-demand provider who will make your item only after you have ordered it.

If your country has a legal right of withdrawal for online orders, your order is not custom made and no other parameters of the right of withdrawal have been violated, then you can return the goods to us within the legally allowed period. Please note that you will have to pay the delivery costs. Please let us know if something is wrong with the order or you are dissatisfied by contacting us at help(at) Also note that the return address may be different from the sending address and you will receive the correct address from our support. We cannot process returns to incorrect addresses.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, you can contact us at help(at) If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If any of these apply, contact our us at help(at) with photos of the incorrect/damaged items and we will clarify.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If it is, your refund will be automatically transferred to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

Because we work with a print-on-demand vendor who does not produce items until they are ordered, we do not currently offer exchanges.

To avoid unnecessary production of items, check out our size charts to see what size will fit. We have one for each item in our store in the product description. While it is rare, it is possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled.

If this is the case, please let us know within one week of receiving your order at help(at) Include order number and photos of the mislabeled item. We will send you a new one or refund your purchase price!

Return Policy

Claims for misprinted / damaged / defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be filed no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

Incorrect address – if your address details are deemed insufficient by the courier and therefore need to be returned, you will be liable for the cost of re-delivery once we have confirmed an updated address (if applicable).

Unclaimed – Deliveries that are unclaimed and therefore need to be returned, you will be liable for the cost of re-delivery (if applicable).

We do not accept returns of sealed goods, especially face masks, which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.

Any cancellation request will be subject to an evaluation to verify that the product has been used or destroyed, even if it is partial. In these cases, a refund is not possible.

Notice to EU consumers: according to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, you cannot be offered a right of withdrawal for:

  1. the supply of goods manufactured or clearly personalized according to the consumer’s specifications.
  2. sealed goods whose seal has been broken after delivery and which are therefore not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, therefore we reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.

Other exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom items (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
