Important: Print-on-Demand Products

All items in our store are produced on-demand specifically for you after you place your order. According to EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(c), custom-made goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

This means that returns are generally not possible, except in cases of:

  • Defective items
  • Incorrect items (wrong size, color, or design)
  • Damaged items during shipping
  • Manufacturing defects

Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, please contact us within 4 weeks of receiving your order:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defective/incorrect/damaged item
  • Description of the issue

We will review your case and, if approved:

  • Send you a replacement item at no cost, OR
  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method

Lost Packages

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be filed no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Please contact us at office(at)bitcoin-wear.com with your order number.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address that you provided:

  • You will be responsible for re-delivery costs
  • We will contact you to confirm the correct address before re-shipping

If a package is returned as unclaimed, you will be responsible for re-delivery costs if you wish to receive it.

Mislabeled Items

While rare, if an item you ordered was mislabeled (e.g., wrong size on the label), please contact us within one week of receiving your order at office(at)bitcoin-wear.com.

Include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the mislabeled item

We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund.

Size & Fit

Because we work with a print-on-demand partner who produces items only after they are ordered, we do not offer exchanges for size or color.

To ensure the right fit:

  • Check the detailed size chart available on each product page
  • Refer to the measurements provided
  • Compare with a similar item you own

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (for approved cases only), we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Notice to EU Consumers

According to Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

“Goods manufactured or clearly personalized according to the consumer’s specifications”

This includes all our print-on-demand products. This is a legal exception to the standard 14-day withdrawal period for online purchases.

Austrian Consumer Rights

For customers in Austria, your consumer rights are protected by Austrian consumer protection laws (Konsumentenschutzgesetz). However, the exceptions for custom-made goods under EU law still apply.
